He brings a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and is particularly skilled in navigating the complex regulatory and performance demands of banking and financial platforms. A product-minded full-stack engineer with a strong foundation in backend systems, Lishu brings hands-on experience building robust, scalable applications using modern frameworks like NestJS, Vue.js, and Next.js. Jason is a highly experienced quality assurance leader with a career spanning over two decades in some of the world’s most recognised technology and digital brands. His QA expertise has helped power high-performance platforms in e-commerce, global payments, telecommunications, and leading SaaS environments. Throughout his career, Jason has held roles with Canva, Atlassian, Pushpay and Trade Me, to name a few (shameless name dropping, we know).

With deep hands-on knowledge across modern test automation, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and quality-first culture, Jason brings a critical lens to how digital products are built, scaled, and sustained. He is known for embedding quality into every layer of the development lifecycle, from code to customer. Jason’s calm, methodical approach, coupled with his strategic insight, has earned him a reputation for lifting team capability and product reliability.
